At FFP Management, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional service and strategic support to help your business grow. Below are our terms for service delivery, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Service Fulfillment

After purchase, onboarding will be scheduled within 5 business days. Clients will receive access to relevant portals, documents, and deliverables as defined in their selected package. Fulfillment timelines vary by package and are outlined at the time of sale.

2. Cancellations

One-Time Packages:
Due to upfront planning and strategic implementation, these packages are non-cancellable once the engagement begins. All sales are final.

Monthly (Subscription-Based) Services:
Clients may cancel with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. Email cancellation requests to ffpmgmt1@gmail.com. Notices received with less than 14 days’ lead time will apply to the following month.

3. Refund Policy

One-Time Services:
No refunds are issued once work has commenced.

Monthly Services:
No partial-month refunds. Service continues through the end of the current billing cycle if cancelled mid-month.

On-Demand Consulting:
Prepaid consulting hours are valid for 90 days and are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another client upon written request.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Flat-Fee Packages Only)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on flat-fee packages because we believe in earning your trust.

Eligibility:

Request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your kickoff call.
You must have completed onboarding and submitted required materials.
No major deliverables may have been finalized or approved.

Exclusions:

Refunds are not available after 30 days.
Substantial or approved work renders the package non-refundable.
On-demand or discounted hourly bundles are not eligible.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered if:

A billing error occurred on our part.
A service delay occurred without communication.
A refund request was submitted within 3 business days of purchase, and no work has begun.

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and are at the sole discretion of FFP Management.
